PromptMeet ("we", "our", or "us") is a scheduling and communication tool used by local organizations to coordinate interviews and appointments via SMS text message. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect the following information when you are added to our system by an authorized administrator:
Your mobile phone number is used solely to send you scheduling-related SMS messages, including:
We use a two-step SMS double opt-in process. When an authorized organization leader adds your mobile phone number from a sign-up sheet to the PromptMeet platform, the system automatically sends a single opt-in invitation SMS:
"PromptMeet: Your PromptMeet group would like to send you interview scheduling messages. Reply YES to opt in. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."
No scheduling messages are sent until you actively reply YES or START. Members who do not reply receive no further messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of membership or any service.
Upon replying YES or START, you will receive the following confirmation and will then be eligible to receive scheduling messages:
"PromptMeet: You've opted in to receive PromptMeet group messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel."
Message frequency varies. You may receive 1–4 messages per scheduling cycle (opt-in confirmation, time slot offer, booking confirmation, and reminder). Scheduling cycles typically occur once per quarter. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or any personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Your information is used exclusively for scheduling communications within your organization.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START.
For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message, or contact your organization administrator directly.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Phone numbers are stored securely and access is limited to authorized administrators within your organization.
